Adapt your cleansing, toning and moisturising routine to suit the weather
You must follow the CTM routine (cleansing, toning and moisturizing) throughout the year to maintain your skin at all times. Nonetheless, you will have to make some changes to this routine in winter. Cleanse no more than two times a day to avoid stripping your skin of its natural oils. Reduce your use of toner to once a day, as this will let your skin pores breathe better. Don’t skip sunscreen
