You can start with the muscles responsible for the corners of your mouth. Pulling your index fingers toward the outside of your mouth will help tighten these muscles and keep them taut.
You can do 10 to 25 reps of each exercise depending on your skill level. You can target these muscles by placing your fingers on your forehead and pulling them toward the outside. You can hold this position for 10 seconds, breathe deeply, and repeat. These include the “rubber” exercise and the “grandma exercise.”
